Trace your feet on paper, hold up to light and choose the bigger foot. Put a sock on. Duct tape it up to where you want your heigth. Put a sharpie flat on the floor and run it around your foot. Cut along that line and up either side of your leg. Add a 1/4 inch to each sewable seam. This is your pattern. Reverse it for the other foot. I hit up a local re-sole shop and bought some extra sole they had laying around. I used deer antler for my buttons.
